These polaroids are actually really stunning in person. They had a show at the DeSantos Gallery last year with just the polaroids on the wall. It was great to see everyone leaning in closer to the wall to take a look. They have so much polaroids. I was able to put on some gloves and go go through a basket full of them and the quality of the skin in some of the polaroids was absolutely luminous. I miss instant photos. Wait, let me rephrase that. I miss instant photos without the price gouging for film.  😦 Can’t wait until until next year when the polaroid makes a come back.
