We traded in our Cheetos and Lays for some Boursain and brie cheese and pita chips and fresh strawberries. Ameet made some delicious spinach artichoke dip and there was much wine to be had. The girls beat the boys at Taboo. Again. We stayed up until 3 in the morning discussing Antoine Dodson, pedobear, politics and Ahhnold’s one liners, among other things. Mostly, the boys talked about sports. Igby under the table.

After the Race for the Cure run Saturday morning, we just couldn’t resist stopping by the Epicure Cafe to eat and enjoy some sweet indulgences outdoor. I couldn’t resist the temptation of that plum tart. yummy. For dinner with the sis, home cooked steak and grilled vegetables and delicious wine. jam tart cookies to go this is me trying to be health conscious this is me. health conscious out the window.

Life

The weather could not have been more perfect for the run today. A chill breeze in the morning followed by a breezy afternoon. We finished the three miles in around an hour. Awesome! Some photo ops with my tilt-shift iphone app and pink BFI’s! So retro and cute.
