Wicker Park

Life / Places

We ventured through Wicker Park for a day and browsed a few local shops and boutiques that were on our agenda, and a visit to Reckless Records (High Fidelity anyone?) yielded a Neko Case vinyl I’ve been searching for awhile now. There must have been something about Chicago because we ordered french toast every time we ate breakfast there. My favorite one had to be the orange brioche french toast. They just don’t make them so big and fluffy and delicious here in Houston.

A treat for myself from Penelope’s and a good find from Myopic Books, a Richard Diebenkorn book I’ve been eying.
