The one thing that makes me very jealous of my cats is their ability to have nap sessions 85% of the day, everyday. I finally had a day off and decided not to go shopping like I normally do, and instead, cooked a hearty lunch for everyone. yeah, it consisted mostly of fried tofu and dumplings, but I did try to make some banh bot chien. Delish!
