A quick getaway from all the Photoshopping work I’ve been hunkered down with yesterday night. I met up a few friends at a bar to support a local blues band from NOLA and to enjoy some time off from the computer screen. The beef tacos with sweetly roasted onions was just the thing I needed.
The highway sprawl in Houston seems boundless and ridiculously agitating during traffic hours, but sometimes when you’re on the road, especially during sunset or really late in the evening when there are only a few cars that share the road with you, the drive is not so bad at all.
