A few favorite pieces from my last visit to the MFAH during museum district day. These wire installations are so beautiful in person. I’m excited to experiment with some wire works myself this year with the kids.
Images from a teaching workshop I participated in yesterday at the Glassell School of Art along with Chau (from Rckshw). I think, with more practice and experimentation, that chain could be turned into something really interesting. I was trying to go for the ombre effect below. If there’s one thing that I hoard, it’s my work. I’ve been sorting through my old external hard drive with all my old college files and found this gem. One of my very first productions with Adobe Flash. I still think its a masterpiece.
