It’s persimmon season! At family gatherings, we trade in the usual mangos for crunchy persimmons to snack on after meals. ( By the way, My iphone is making this photo absurdly Oompa-Loompa orange). Did you know there are two main types of persimmons? Soft and crunchy. The softer ones are more red in color and has larger seeds.
